Located in the heart of Bloomington, this historic space has been transformed into one of the top places to host events of all kinds.

Unique Tip: Take the time to look up at the ceiling! It has been completely restored and hand-painted to match the original design from when it was a meeting hall for the Modern Woodmen of America fraternity.

Ballroom Pricing

  • Sunday – Thursday: $450 (non-profits: $250)
  • Friday: $600
  • Saturday: $800
  • Friday and Saturday: $1200
  • Security services fee for ballroom use after 5:00pm: $100

Details

  • Room includes: tables, chairs, setup, and use of kitchen.
  • Set up may begin six hours prior to event (pending availability).
  • You may use an event caterer of your choice.
  • You may serve alcohol if you use a licensed bartender.
  • Except on Fridays and Saturdays, you must observe regular Fountain Square building hours. On Fridays and Saturdays, ballroom hours are extended to 11 pm.
  • All room bookings require a $250 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable if you book less than six months prior to the date of the event.
  • All events are subject to a $50 setup/cleaning fee.
  • Additional option: Dance floor: $250
